Annual Conclave

 

TO:   All Knights and Princesses; York Cross-of-Honour, Operating under the supervision of the Convent General, U.S.A., (PHA)

 

Greetings,

 

This communication is to inform you that our Eminent Prior, Reginald Tolbert, will convene the Annual Conclave of the Virginia Priory #8; and Regal Prioress Sherial "Faye" Campbell will convene a Conclave of the Virginia Priorate #7 in the city of Petersburg.  The session will be held at the Masonic Temple, 1004 Halifax Street, Petersburg VA, 23803, on Saturday, 30 July 2022, beginning at 8:00 a.m. 

  

 We will have the lower room available for the banquet after the Sessions adjourn; this event is being planned as a catered occasion.  Please let the Registrars know if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergy before Wednesday 20 July 2022 so that we can try to accommodate.
